Sanora's Vedic Meditation center is in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA (near where the 2 and 134 freeways meet). She teaches Vedic Meditation near Glendale, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Silverlake & Hollywood.

Sanora has been meditating for over 14 years and an independent teacher of Vedic Meditation since 2009. She works with individuals helping them find balance and create abundance in all areas of personal, creative and professional life. She is well-versed in Vedic source material (Upanisads, Brahma Sutras, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, etc.) She has twice traveled to India to enrich her study.  She believes there are many paths to enlightenment and that each individual brings their fulfillment to the world as part of their own unique expression of Oneness.

She is a writer and one of the original co-founders of www.LAwritersgroup.com. She has a long history of teaching and supporting creative growth. Sanora led writer groups for over 10 years and in 2006 graduated with a Master of Professional Writing degree from the University of Southern California. Sanora has written several pieces on Vedic philosophy and has had over 20 articles published.  She is currently the Chair of the Documentary Department at New York Film Academy at the Los Angeles campus in Burbank.
